Step (1): Email me (homeitservicesg@gmail com) describing your problem + objective Example: Harddisk crashed in MacBook Harddisk size 500GB Wish to recover mostly office-related files (e g Word, Excel, Powerpoint, email, mp3, photo, video, etc)
Step (2): Deliver your iMac or MacBook to me (#)
Step (3): Quotation will be provided free of charge Estimated recovery fees: $100-$250 depending on the harddisk size 'No Data, No Charge'

251GB to 500GB = $150
501GB to 750GB = $190
751GB to 1000GB = $230

Step (4): Client will decide whether to proceed with recovery Estimated time required is about 1-3 days depending on the situation (e g size of harddisk, conditions of harddisk, etc )
